Submission procedure & guidelines

Please read the below information before entering the on-line abstract submission system: Conference daily news in www.rightman.ir

Abstracts must be submitted in English through the on-line abstract submission system ONLY. Abstracts will not be accepted if sent by fax, e-mail or hard copy (paper copy). Conference daily news in www.rightman.ir

The first step to follow before submitting an abstract on line is to login to the system, by creating your own username and password required by the system. The username and password will be useful in any other visits to the on line services of the Symposium (registrations, hotel accommodation etc). Conference daily news in www.rightman.ir

Abstract texts should have the following structure: introduction, methods, results and conclusion. The text must be a maximum of 300 words

If the study has been supported by a grant, please indicate the source of funding at the bottom of the abstract

The reference numbers should be placed in the order they appear in the abstract

For any corrections in an already submitted abstract, the presenting author can enter the on line system and proceed accordingly, only if he has marked his abstract in a “pending” status (please see instructions in the on line procedure). After the expiration of the abstract submission deadline, all abstract will automatically turned to “confirmed” status, therefore, no change can be made by the author. Conference daily news in www.rightman.ir

If an author wishes to withdraw a submitted abstract, a written request should be sent to the Symposium Secretariat

Your abstract must be submitted until June 30th, 2014 (final deadline). Conference daily news in www.rightman.ir

All received abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee

Presenting author will be notified by July 15th, 2014

Final acceptance of each abstract is conditionally upon receiving registration fees of the presenting author
