Sergio Canavero جراح و مدیر گروه مدولاسیون عصبی پیشرفته در تورین ایتالیا ، اولین سخنران این کنفرانس می باشد که قرار است امکان انجام پیوند سر را برای اولین بار در جهان اثبات نماید! اگر چه به نظر بسیاری از متخصصین حال حاضر در جهان ، این کار حداقل تا ۵۰ سال آینده غیر ممکن خواهد بود!

Recently, he made the news for pushing cortical brain stimulation in the rehabilitation of criminal psychopaths in place of the death penalty
