پروزه ای که برای این دوره در نظر گرفته شده است، Integrated Combinatorial Control of Electrical and Thermal Transport Properties in Silicides  می باشد.

از متقاضیان این دوره، ۴۰ ساعت کار در هفته انتظار می رود و بایستی برای تکمیل برخی پروزه ها به فرانسه نیز سفر کنند.

At the Chair for MEMS materials (Institute for Materials) at the Ruhr University Bochum (www.rub.de/wdm) new multifunctional materials are developed using high-throughput methods and MEMS. To strengthen our international team we offer the position of a scientist (PostDoc) in the framework of a EU/DFG third party funding project (M-era.Net)

Your task will be working on the international project “Integrated Combinatorial Control of Electrical and Thermal Transport Properties in Silicides”. This includes synthesis, processing and high-throughput characterization of silicide thin-film-materials libraries. The project will start out with the system Si-Fe-Ge-Sn, where phase stabilities and transport properties will be measured with high-throughput methods, with a special focus set on single-phase regions. In the second part of the project the aim is to produce tailor-made multiphase, nanostructured thin films. The focus of the project is the thermal conductivity of silicide thin films. There will be both theoretical and experimental approaches to this, conducted by partners in Bochum, Bordeaux and Grenoble.
