اعطای ۲ فلوشیپ تحقیقاتی یونسکو با حمایت دولت ژاپن – دولت ژاپن در چارچوب طرح ظرفیت سازی منابع انسانی، تعداد ۲۰ فلوشیپ پژوهشی با همکاری یونسکو به پژوهشگران جوان کشورهای در حال توسعه در سال ۲۰۱۵ اعطا می کند که ۲ فلوشیپ به هر کشور اعطا می شود.

هدف اصلی این فلوشیپ، تقویت توان پژوهشی، ارتقای توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشورها در چهار حوزه زیر است:

–   محیط زیست ( با تاکید خاص بر علوم مرتبط با آب‌ )

–   گفتگوی بین فرهنگی

–   فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات

–   راه‌‍ حل های مسالمت آمیز

شرایط عمومی برای بهره مندی از این بورس عبارت است از:

–   دارا بودن مدرک کارشناسی ارشد

–   تسلط به زبان مرسوم آکادمیک دانشگاه کشور محل تحصیل

–   حداکثر ۴۰ سال سن

–   برخورداری از سلامت کامل جسمی و روانی 

–   هر متقاضی دوره فلوشیپ تحقیقاتی را در یک و یا حداکثر ۲ کشور می گذراند.

–   مدت زمان دوره فلوشیپ تحقیقاتی یونسکو ، حداقل ۳ ماه و حداکثر ۹ ماه است.

متقاضیان باید با توجه به اطلاعات و شرایط مندرج در اطلاعیه مربوط (برای دریافت اطلاعات و فرم شرکت اینجا را کلیک کنید) نسبت به تکمیل فرم مربوط اقدام و مدارک خود را به نشانی پستی و الکترونیک کمیسیون ملی یونسکو – ایران ارسال کنند.

مهلت وصول مدارک به کمیسیون ، ۲۶ آذر ماه ۹۳ تعیین شده است. هرگونه نقص و یا تاخیر در ارسال مدارک، مانع بررسی آن خواهد شد. کمیسیون ملی یونسکو پس از بررسی مدارک در کمیته ذیربط، دو متقاضی از میان داوطلبان به بخش بورس یونسکو معرفی خواهد کرد.

UNESCO / KEIZO OBUCHI RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAMME

On behalf of the Director General I am pleased to inform you that, within the framework of the Japanese Funds-in-Trust for the Capacity-Building of Human Resources, the government of Japan has generously offered to finance 20 research fellowships for the fourteenth consecutive year responding to its commitment to impact on capacity-building. As you know, fellowships are an important tool in ensuring capacity-building in Member States and Associate Members concerned

The UNESCO/Japan Young Researchers’ Fellowship Programme focuses on post-graduate research activities in the following four areas

environment – with particular emphasis on water sciences

 intercultural dialogue

information and communication technologies

peaceful conflict resolution

Duration of proposed research :  minimum: 3 months & maximum: 9 months

Closing date for receipt of applications :  ۲۶ December 2014

Possible date of commencing research :  Any time from April 2015 onwards

Deadline for termination of research :  end of January 2017

Place of study :  In one or two countries
