Applications are invited for the above Ph.D studentship, available from 1^st July 2014.  The research programme has been sponsored by Baltex Ltd; Ilkeston, U.K. (for the first two years) and the University of Bolton, U.K. (for the third year). Baltex Ltd, and the University of Bolton have together innovated and commercialised a range of pressure relieving cushions for the prevention of pressure sores. Applicants should have a minimum 2.1 class undergraduate degree or a relevant Masters degree or equivalent experience in textile technology. Experience in warp and weft knitting, composite materials and modelling of textile structures will be an added advantage. scholarship daily news in www.rightman.ir

The candidate would be expected to work both in industry and at the University of Bolton. The sponsorship will include the U.K/E.U. University registration fees of £4,000 per year and a tax free bursary of £13,726 per year for three years.
